Nantong Xinyuan Special Fiber Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002. The company is located in Group 15, Linqiao Village, Longzheng Street, Hai'an City. We specialize in the design, production and servicing of asbestos-free friction and sealing fiber composite materials.
With a total investment of 60 million RMB, the company covers an area of 60 mu, with more than 30,000 square meters of plants and office buildings, and 250 sets of main production equipment, including 8 sets of international technologically advanced air friction spinning machines (Fehrer 2).
Among all the employees of the company, 30% are college and university graduates and 20% are various technical personnel. The company boasts a talented workforce and is dedicated to accelerating its growth.
The company has established the "R&D Center for Asbestos-free Fiber Composites", with the R&D and production capacity to manufacture asbestos-free friction and sealing fiber composite. It can design and produce various specifications of core-spun yarn (cloth), composite yarn (cloth), short-cut fiber and high-performance fiber pulp products to meet the market needs.
The products are made from a range of asbestos-free fibers to form yarn and cloth of various specifications., which become the skeleton material of friction sealing materials and meet the requirements of environmental protection. With the rapid development of the world economy, the demand for automobile clutch dough sheets, braking materials and various sealing materials has also increased greatly. In order to meet the growing domestic and international market demand, Xinyuan has actively developed new products of high performance fiber composite materials such as carbon fiber, pre-oxidized silk fiber, aramid fiber and natural fiber.
